Jay-Z's "Triple Entendre" explained...

If you're are like me then Drake's "Lights up" left you thinking WTF is the "triple entendre" Jay-z is talking about.

Initially, I thought this nigga Jay-Z is trippin. Just because Oww, owls, and hour sound alike doesn't make it a triple entendre. But once again i mistakenly underestimated Jay-Z. after some research i found out it was all a set up. This witty mothafucka. "Triple entendre, dont even ask me how" left you thinking about what he said before when the triple entendra is really in the next line.

"Con Edison flow, Im connected to a higher power"

Con-Edison is a power company in NYC. Con Edison make sure the electricity flows smoothly (Jay-z's flow is as smooth as it gets) through the city and is connected to a higher power which is the power plant. DAMN!! Jay-Z is connected to a higher power.... God...Illuminati...WTF!!!

Lil Kim Has Beef With Nicki Minaj!

Who would've thought the the Queen B would have a problem with Barbie? I seen this coming along time ago I just didn't think it would be Lil Kim. I thought one of these female rappers were going to get jealous and start hating on Nikki, but i was thinking more like Trina. You know someone that is still relevant in music. But Lil Kim just looks desperate for attention. But she does have an argument. She seem to think that Nikki is stealing her whole image and want Nikki to "pay homage". I mean looking at the pictures you would see where Kim is coming from but if you listen to the music I think there is a big difference. IDK.. what do you think?

It is Time- J. Cole's -"Who Dat" Video World Premiere 6/21

After 2 succesful Mixtapes, J.Cole is set to primiere his video for the 1st single called "Who Dat" off his debut albulm "Cole World" set to release some time in September. The Carolina native is the 1st artist that was signed to Jay-z's Roc Nation, so he has alot to live up too and if you've heard his mixtapes you would know that J. Cole is highly capiable of delivering a classic debut albulm. Personally, I think this will be one of the best hip hop albulms of the year if not the best (Recovery will probably be #1 but I haven't heard it yet). J.Cole brings to the table what hip hop has been missing- authenticity. The ablity to stay true to yourself and the music that you are putting out and at the same time putting out the music that people want to hear just as Jay-z, Nas, and 2 pac have done. This is the kind've music that I want to hear, the type of music hip hop was built on. It's time to get back to our roots. It won't be long til everybody knows "Who Dat" is.

Boondocks Season 3 Episode 5 6/20 at 11:30pm

Tonight, the fifth episode of Boondocks Season 3 will be aired at 11:30pm. If you did'nt catch the last episode then you missed out because it was hella funny. Best episode this season so far. This season hasn't been as funny as the others but I still find humor in them.

Ring 5 for Kobe

Kobe did it again! I cant even hate. Though I've had a deep dislike for Kobe Bryant ever since he made the Lakers trade Shaq and he snitched on him (Shaq happens to be my favorite basketball player of all time), Kobe has his 5th ring. That's one more then Shaq and Kobe made sure to emphasize that in his post game seven press conference. "I got one more then Shaq... and you can take that to the bank." Though initially I was like Kobe has Shaq fucked up, it's true. Shaq use to talk alot of shit about having one more then Kobe and now Kobe has those bragging rights and I respect that. The Lakers deserved to win this Championship. They had a great season and were the most consistent team in the playoffs. Though that game 7 could have went either way, the Lakers Championship mentality persevered in the 4th quarter as it has all seasons. All I can say is, I hope Lebron makes a good decision like goes to the Bulls or else Kobe will be in the same category as Michael Jordan with 6 rings.
